VERSATILE - Use the wireless thermometer as a digital meat thermometer, BBQ infrared thermometer, grill thermometer, or for measuring the temperature of buffet items, deli meats, seafood, baking, walk-in coolers, and more! HIGHLY ACCURATE AND RELIABLE - Temperature range of -40o to 536o F (-40o to 280o C). This dual infrared laser thermometer conforms to HACCP accuracy guidelines within the danger zones of 40 to 140 degrees F [ 1999 Food Code Annex 4 Section 8 ]. QUALITY - The FI40L non-contact instant read thermometer is great for home use, professional use, commercial kitchens, and food manufacturing environments where critical inspections for food safety are demanded.
