For our traditional Creole Cream Style Bean recipe, we start with premium select beans from the finest family growers in the United States. Almost everything we do begins with a real roux, a Creole Mirepoix, and the desire to produce only the best-tasting and easiest-to-prepare Creole meals. For that reason, the vegetables in our mirepoix are always fresh, never frozen.
This 16-ounce can of our original Creole Cream Style Red Beans is lightly seasoned and modeled after our founder’s grandmother’s recipe. It’s perfect on its own or with your favorite additions and sides. Add water, if you wish, to desired consistency. Heat and serve over rice. Delicious when served with sausage, pork chops or another protein and garnished with green onion. Our red beans can also be used to make soup, chili and other bean dishes.
