Product Details

Description： The white back variety is considerably larger in size, black on one side and white (or lightly tanned) on the other side. These white back wood ears are not as “meaty” or flavorful as their counterparts from Northeast China, but the nutritional values are similar between the two, with white back wood ears having slightly higher fiber content. These wood ear mushrooms are in dried form, and require re-hydration prior to consumption. Our wood ear mushrooms can re-hydrate in as little as 15 to 20 minutes in warm water. However, for the best flavor, rinse mushrooms with clean water, then soak in cold water for 1 hour (or until mushrooms soften completely).
