Vegetarian and Vegan friendly Totally edible Stuffing capacity approx. 10 lbs. per strand (one strand per package) / Diameter: Approximately 15/16" when stuffed Excellent size for hotdog or small diameter sausages IMPORTANT : Please DO NOT over stuff, cook in oils, or soak in water; this will destroy the casings, making them unusable. Casings are very tender, stuff carefully and when cooking bring temperature up very slowly to avoid breaking
